Return Eligibility

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted or refunded.
Please note: Items marked Final Sale, Seasonal Sale, or Personalized are not eligible for return or refund.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Once your request has been reviewed, our team will provide specific return instructions, including the return authorization and the address of our central warehouse in Asia, where all returns must be sent.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Our central warehouse is located in Asia, and international return postage may involve additional costs depending on your location.

We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your package reaches our facility safely.

Harper California cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or untracked return shipments.
A restocking and handling fee (typically $10 per returned item) may apply to cover processing costs.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
If your return is approved:

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges and applicable restocking fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. Include clear photos of the issue, your order number, and a brief description.
Our quality team will review your case promptly and provide replacement or refund options. Claims submitted after this 5-day window may not be accepted.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After that, orders are automatically processed by our fulfillment system and cannot be canceled.
If your order has already shipped, you must wait until delivery and then request a return in accordance with this policy.

All returns are shipped to and processed through our central warehouse in Asia.

Returns sent to any address other than the one provided in your return authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds are only issued once the returned goods are physically received and verified at our warehouse.
