Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery.

You can also track your package on our Track Your Order page at any time.

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Simply enter it on our Track Your Order page to follow its progress in real time.

Our processing time is 24–72 business hours, after which shipping generally takes 5–10 business days depending on your location and current order volume.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons or international customs clearance.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting info@harpercalifornia.com.

All returns must first be approved by our team. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached

Return costs and transit risks are the customer’s responsibility.

Simply email our support team at info@harpercalifornia.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item. Our team will provide the return address of our central warehouse in Asia and guide you through the process.

Important: Please do not send your return to the sender address on your parcel. We will provide the correct warehouse location once your return is approved.

As soon as your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Our apparel follows standard sizing conventions. Each product page includes a detailed size chart for reference. For a more relaxed or oversized fit, we recommend ordering one size up.
